"Who will help STITCH ME UP?" says Little Red Hen

The Little Red Hen and SAFE urgently need to make a new 'caged hen' mascot to continue educating New Zealander's about battery hen cruelty. Did you know over 3 million hens still live in tiny cages? Please help them end cruel cages by donating a stitch or two (or three or thirty!) towards a new handmade costume.

Rob and Matt's 70k run 4 Wellington Free Ambulance

On 2nd April, Rob and Matt will run SEVENTY kilometers, with over 1500m of ascent across the Rimutaka ranges and back around Wellington's south coast to raise money for WFA's Rescue squad. Rob’s training techniques (a mixture of resistance and cardiovascular) prove it’s feasible to complete an ultramarathon on no more than 6 hours of training a week.
